It's That Time of the Year

Sock yarn inventory.

What do you think?

Close your mouth.

That's good.

Now, ahem, for those who want the dirt, the tally is 117-50g balls and 6-100g balls.

My thoughts on this?

My 100g balls are lonely, so I think I should remedy this problem, ASAP. [snicker]

My last thoughts on this?

I better knit some socks.

Keep On Knitting...

I don't think I have that much sock yarn, but I do have several drawers that contain sock yarn in a tall boy - guess we'd best both be knitting socks this year!

well, then, my 20 or so balls don't feel so bad, lol. you need to get in the sock yarn round robin that's going on at KR. crazy lanea is organizing it. i had to buy sock yarn, lol. (my sock yarn receiver (gee that sounds like football, lol) wanted plain yarns, and all i have is striping stuff) ladies, start your needles!

I think in terms of pairs of socks, we're about even. If I knit nothing but socks, it'd probably take me 2 years to get through the stash. That's pretty scary, huh? ;)

Now that's a lot of sock yarn, although I shouldn't say anything, I may not have quite that much sock yarn, but have 12 rubbermaid totes full of yarn.

Wow, I think you're brave to even take the picture. My sock yarn stash is probably quite similar, but I'm chosing to live in denial so I can keep buying more!

That sure is a lot of sock yarn, now am I to assume that maybe there is other yarn stashed elsewhere??? Yarn Stores love people like YOU (yes as you can tell I am definately still in the denial stage)
