Inishmore is done. I'm having a hard time believing it. Kinda weird not picking it up to knit since that is what I've done for the last couple of weeks exclusively.
The seaming and knitting of the neckline actually took longer than I thought it would. This is due in part by my being anal about seaming and having to do Christmas shopping, etc... Here is a shot of my seaming the saddle.
Not bad, eh?
I have it soaking in Eucalan as I'm typing, but I did take a nice pic of it before I soaked it.
Pattern: Inishmore from the book Fishermen's Sweaters
Designer: Alice Starmore
Size: 48"
Yarn: 10 hanks of Briggs & Little Heritage in Blue Heather
Needles: 3.75mm and 4.00mm
Just in time for Christmas. Actually, I'll be gifting it to my husband this Saturday as we're traveling up north for the family Christmas gathering. Perfect because I don't think I could wait longer than that to give it to him.
Now I'm off to bake cookies and catch up with other bloggers whom I've neglected.
Keep On Knitting...

WOW!! What else can I say, there is a lot of work in that jumper. I am about to start an Alice Starmore and just the thought of it makes me weak at the knees so to see one finished I can only stand in awe, well done.
