A Proud Moment

I did it.

I spun fibre to meet my requirements!

I remade the earflap hat for my husband using 100% superwash merino fibre that I scored from the Black Lamb and it turned out lovely, if I do say so myself.

It's soft...

It's light...

It fits perfectly...

We're both happy!

Now I'm off to weave in fishy ends.

Have a good one and keep on knitting.

P.S. The new Knitty is up!

the hat looks magnificent! is it reversible, or just lined on the bottom with the yellow/orange? excellent job spinning!

and thanks for posting about knitty. i'm on the yahoo notification group, but t hey're always a day late and a dollar short. amazingly, the tanks in this one might actually fit us well-breasted ones! i like askew in particular (except i don't think i'd use silk garden, oy!)
